Arrested 2 subjects transporting thousands of drug pills across the border

Information from the Provincial Border Guard Command on the evening of July 22 said that the coordinated forces successfully fought the case, arrested 2 subjects, and seized a large quantity of drugs.

Two Laotians transporting drugs across the border were arrested with the evidence.

Specifically, at 9:26 p.m. on July 21, at Km 58+800 National Highway 9 in Khe Sanh commune, the Professional Department, Provincial Border Guard Command presided over and coordinated with Lao Bao International Border Gate Border Guard Station, Special Reconnaissance Team, Mobile Training Battalion 2 and PC 04 Department, Dakrong Traffic Police Station, Provincial Police caught red-handed 2 Lao subjects (including 1 male, 1 female) in Kham Muon province transporting 17kg of methamphetamine and 6,000 ketamine pills.

The Quang Tri Provincial Border Guard Command is directing the Professional Department and Lao Bao International Border Gate Border Guard Station to complete the investigation file and handle the case according to the provisions of law.
