To prepare for the new 2023/2024 season, Bayern had a friendly match with FC Rottach Egern. Facing an opponent much weaker in every aspect, coach Tuchel's team mercilessly crushed their opponent.
In the first half, Bayern scored 18 goals against FC Rottach Egern. In the second half, the “Gray Tigers” continued to bombard the opponent’s goal and scored 9 more goals to end the match with a score of 27-0.
In this match, Bayern had 13 different players score. Among them, Jamal Musiala, Mathys Tel and Marcel Sabitzer were the ones who scored 5 goals and Serge Gnabry scored a hat-trick.

According to the plan, Bayern will have friendly matches with Man City (July 26), Kawasaki (July 29), Liverpool (August 2) and Monaco (August 7) before entering the new season with the German Super Cup match with RB Leipzig on August 13.
