The "golden" opportunity of the administrative streamlining revolution in Vietnam

For the first time in nearly 80 years of the country's founding, our National Assembly is considering and deciding to change the local government model from three levels to two levels.

This is considered a historic decision, showing the ripe opportunity to carry out a revolution to innovate the political system and national governance model.

From here we can imagine a streamlined, efficient, effective administrative apparatus operated by a team of elite, talented officials and civil servants, leading the country steadily into a new era, an era of development.
