According to the National Business Registration Portal, the owner of the Sea Octopus yacht was established in April 2017 under the name Huong Hai Tourism One Member Co., Ltd. The company registered a charter capital of VND10 billion. The main registered business line is short-term accommodation.
Business owner and Director, Legal Representative is Mr. Bui Duc Long (born in 1977).
In November 2017, the company increased its charter capital to VND35 billion. The total number of employees according to tax declaration at this time was 20 people. By March 2018, the company changed its name to Sealife Group Company Limited. In July 2018, the company increased its capital to VND83 billion.

This company was established in January 2021 with a charter capital of 10 billion VND. The main business line is inland waterway passenger transport.
The shareholders include 5 individuals. Nguyen Truong Giang, Pham Thanh Chien, Nguyen Cao Son, each contributed 3 billion VND (equivalent to 30% of the capital). Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy and Phan Thi Thu Hien each contributed 500 million VND (5% of the capital).
Two individuals, Nguyen Cao Son and Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy, have the same permanent address. Nguyen Truong Giang and Phan Thi Thu Hien have the same permanent address.
