Phu Long topped out Essensia Sky - When the "symbol of green living and health" rises in South Saigon

On October 28, Phu Long Real Estate Joint Stock Company held the Topping Out Ceremony of the Essensia Sky twin towers - the first green - health apartment project in the Essensia South Saigon complex.

The event marked an important turning point in the project implementation process, and affirmed Phu Long's strong commitment to construction progress and quality. With the participation of more than 900 experienced engineers and workers, and more than 10,000 working hours, the project was 60 days ahead of schedule and is aiming for handover in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Anthony Simon Dowden - Deputy General Director of Phu Long - emphasized: "The topping out ceremony of Essensia Sky is a testament to the spirit of discipline, cooperation and ambition of the entire team. We are proud that the project is ahead of schedule and is aiming to be handed over to customers next year, affirming Phu Long's reputation and commitment in creating green, humane and classy living spaces."

The General Contractor's representative also said that the construction process of Essensia Sky always adheres to strict quality management procedures according to international standards and labor safety. The project has undergone more than 1,000 material and component inspections, more than 10,000 hours of supervision, 4 independent acceptance rounds, with 99.99% of completed items meeting or exceeding standards, demonstrating Phu Long's systematic construction organization capacity and commitment to progress, quality and long-term sustainability.

Construction started on September 10, 2024, after just over 14 months with 424 days of continuous construction, Essensia Sky has clearly appeared on the main road Nguyen Huu Tho and has complete legal status, qualified to sign a Sales Contract, creating a peace of mind for customers. After the topping out ceremony, the project will enter the stage of completing the mechanical and electrical, interior and landscape, while developing green and health facilities, bringing a classy living experience to the community of residents.

Essensia Sky - consists of 26-storey twin towers with sky bridges, 424 apartments and penthouses, designed by Tange Associates (Japan). The project pursues the philosophy of "green living - healthy living" from design to construction, applying CarbonCure CO₂ absorbing concrete, environmentally friendly paint and glass, solar lights and a drinking water filtration system at the tap. Thanks to its consistent green strategy, Essensia Sky achieved EDGE Certification from IFC - World Bank, aiming at environmental protection, energy saving and optimizing operating costs.

Located on Nguyen Huu Tho Street, directly connecting to the center of Ho Chi Minh City and adjacent to Nguyen Van Linh Avenue, Metro 4, Essensia Sky inherits the complete utilities of South Saigon and a rare natural environment with water surface and large green areas.
