Female parent enters school to assault male teacher for sending "intimate" messages to female student

(NLDO)- The police worked with the school's board of directors and the two women who assaulted the male teacher.

On October 28, Mr. Nguyen Quang Thai - Director of the Department of Education and Training of Tay Ninh province - said that he had learned about the case of parents breaking into the school to beat the teacher and had asked the Principal of Rach Kien High School to report the incident.

Parents stormed into school to beat the physical education teacher.

According to a report from Rach Kien High School, on October 20, Ms. Vo Thi Kim C. - Vice Principal of the school - received a text message from Ms. Pham Thi Huong L. (teacher of Rach Kien High School) about a 10th grade female student, NTTL, being "molested" by a male teacher.

On October 21, Ms. C. invited female student L. to her room to get information about the incident. Student L. stated that Mr. NVT (national defense education teacher) had sent "intimate" messages to her and had touched her body. Her wish was for the incident to stop so she could study in peace.

On October 22, the school board invited Mr. T. to discuss the incident with L. After listening to the student's report, Mr. T. admitted that he was wrong to send "intimate" messages back and forth with L., but affirmed that he did not physically touch the student.

The school board asked Mr. T. to write a self-criticism and pledge not to let the incident happen again. The school counseling board discussed it with student L., who agreed with the school board's solution.

At 2:25 p.m. on October 27, L.'s biological mother and another woman came to the school and asked the security guard to let them in, claiming to discuss the student's studies.

However, these two people went straight down to the equipment room, rushed in and beat Mr. T. and those who tried to stop them; at the same time, they insulted and defamed the school's board of directors.

Immediately after the incident, the school reported it to Rach Kien Commune Police to handle the situation. The commune police were present to work with the school board and the two women who disturbed the school's security and order.

Currently, the incident is being investigated, verified and handled by Rach Kien Commune Police according to regulations.
