Previously, on October 21, a clip showing two female students riding a motorbike on Nguyen Anh Thu Street (Ba Diem Commune, Ho Chi Minh City), the person sitting behind not wearing a helmet, holding a cigarette in his hand, angered the online community, with a huge number of shares on social networking sites.

"Immediately after receiving the information, the center invited the parents to come to work that same afternoon. These two female students made a report on the incident," said Mr. Hung.

According to Mr. Hung, this afternoon or tomorrow morning, the center will establish a disciplinary council to come up with the most appropriate solution.

At the beginning of the school year, students and parents signed a commitment to the center's regulations, including traffic safety regulations.

In addition, the center regularly coordinates with local police to organize traffic safety propaganda sessions; and coordinates with medical centers to propagate the harmful effects of tobacco.

"This is a very sensitive age, easy to imitate and like to show off. I am very sorry for this incident. The center's point of view is to help the children see their mistakes and correct them. I hope the online community will be less harsh so that the children will no longer feel inferior and feel comfortable going to school" - Mr. Hung shared.

In the case of students who smoke, the center's board of directors and teachers will sit down together to listen to the female student's thoughts and find out the reason for smoking. It could be because of youthful impulsiveness, wanting to show off, or the student is influenced by the environment and relatives around her.

"In addition to disciplinary measures, the center also focuses on psychological solutions. The center has a school psychology counseling room that will directly support and advise students to realize that this is a bad behavior that seriously affects their health," Mr. Hung added.
