Mr. Le The Hieu - Deputy Head of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Dien Chau district said: The whole district has prepared the land to over 90%, currently planting nearly 800/6,500 hectares of summer-autumn rice, mainly in low-lying areas of Dien Thai, Dien Cat, Dien Nguyen, Dien Dong communes to avoid floods.
