After nearly a month of studying at the School of Inspectors, the trainees studied 9 teaching topics and 5 practical experience reporting topics, including: Strategic thinking in inspection work of senior inspectors; Directing and operating the implementation of state management tasks of inspection agencies; Directing and operating inspection activities, handling complaints and denunciations and preventing and combating corruption of state inspection agencies; Directing and operating large-scale inspection activities; Skills in developing projects on inspection work, handling complaints and denunciations and preventing and combating corruption; Leadership and management skills of heads of state inspection agencies; Managing and developing a team of inspection civil servants to meet the requirements of performing tasks; Risk management in inspection activities; Summarizing practices and building institutions in inspection work; Reporting on international cooperation experiences in inspection work; Report on practical experience in state management of inspection, handling of complaints and denunciations, and prevention and combat of corruption; Report on practical experience in inspection in the following areas: Land use management; Construction investment project management; Finance, budget, equitization of state-owned enterprises; Report on practical experience in receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations; Report on practical experience in preventing and combating corruption.
The report on the results of the entire course shows that 100% of the students met the requirements. Based on the learning results and awareness of compliance with the school's rules and regulations, the Principal of the Inspectorate School decided to award certificates of completion of the Senior Inspectorate Professional Program in 2024 to 87 students. Of these, 20 students achieved excellent results in their studies and class activities. The Principal of the Inspectorate School decided to award certificates of merit and medals to the students.
Speaking at the closing ceremony, Mr. Vu Van Chien, Principal of the Inspectorate Cadre School, congratulated the students on completing the course. At the same time, he emphasized the role of the course in training and equipping students with the means and knowledge to become leaders and managers of the Inspectorate sector.
The Principal of the Inspectorate School expressed his hope that on the basis of the knowledge acquired, the students will apply it well in practice to fulfill their assigned duties and tasks, contributing to the innovation and development of the Inspectorate sector.
