Bao Dai's Palace, often described by the people of Buon Ma Thuot ( Dak Lak ) as a "miniature forest" in the heart of the city, is a cool, quiet place for tourists to visit.
The Bảo Đại Palace historical site, located in Tân Tiến Ward, in the city center, is a unique architectural masterpiece and the only place in Buôn Ma Thuột that still preserves many ancient trees, including centuries-old native trees. According to many documents, before 1905, this was the grounds of the Maison Lefévre restaurant.

The Bảo Đại Palace was built on a 6.5-hectare plot of land, comprising a residence and an elephant stable for the zookeeper. The residence itself was constructed on a flat, rectangular plot of land covering more than 2,100 square meters.
Over the years, moss has covered the walls and roof tiles, giving them an ancient beauty.

In addition, the Bảo Đại King's building preserves many images and tools of the Ê Đê people, such as rice wine jars, mortars and pestles, and baskets, creating a space that blends traditional and modern culture.
