On the afternoon of July 4, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of An Giang Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Tien Hai, along with a delegation of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee inspected the Public Administration Service Center of My Thoi Ward, Long Xuyen Ward.

The working delegation inspected the headquarters, the arrangement of the new apparatus; the working spirit and attitude of the officials and civil servants in charge of the fields at the Public Administration Service Center of My Thoi Ward, Long Xuyen; the guidance, processes, procedures, and application of information technology in the process of receiving and handling administrative procedures for people and businesses; the existing problems and limitations in the early days of operating the 2-level local government model....

Secretary of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Tien Hai emphasized that these are two of the central wards of the new An Giang province, with a large population; the reception and settlement of administrative procedures for people and businesses is quite high compared to other localities. Therefore, it is recommended that the Party Committee and People's Committee of the two wards continue to pay attention to and direct the officials and civil servants of the Public Administration Service Center to enhance their sense of responsibility, actively research and update documents and legal documents related to new and difficult fields to better perform their tasks; have a standard attitude, enthusiastically guide and support when people and businesses have needs... to ensure the apparatus operates smoothly and synchronously; procedures are resolved quickly and in accordance with regulations.

After the inspection, the working delegation of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee visited and surveyed the working headquarters of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long Xuyen Ward; the headquarters of the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Provincial People's Committee (old), provincial-level agencies... to serve the arrangement, transfer, and rational use of public assets, avoiding loss and waste.
