Dong village, Phu Da commune is one of four villages in Vinh Tuong district selected to pilot the construction of a Model Cultural Village. At the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Khuoc thoroughly grasped 14 criteria for implementing the construction of a model Cultural Village. He requested that party members of Dong village focus on discussing difficulties and obstacles and propose solutions to implement criteria related to planning and architecture; loan support; construction of water embankments; upgrading loudspeakers; conditions for supporting the construction of the Farmstay model...
Representatives of relevant departments and branches also satisfactorily answered the recommendations and proposals of Dong village party members; at the same time, provided information, clarification and guidance on the application of subjects, conditions, and support levels of the criteria.
Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Thi Thuy Lan emphasized that Dong village, Phu Da commune has many favorable conditions for economic, cultural and social development, especially development in the direction of a tourist village.
With a consistent viewpoint from the province to the commune of improving the material and spiritual quality of life for the people, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Party Committee, the government, and Party members in the village to thoroughly grasp the policy of building a Model Cultural Village to all the people; have a clear division of tasks within the Party Committee to have appropriate and effective leadership; the Fatherland Front and mass organizations propagate so that all people understand the policy and support mechanism, consider the construction of a Model Cultural Village as their own work, their own family's work, thereby promoting the internal strength of the people.
Implementing the construction of a model cultural village is a difficult task, so it requires exemplary leadership from party members and leaders to implement 14 criteria and 16 support policies to reach the people so that they understand that the province is paying attention and taking practical care of their lives and supporting their livelihoods so that people can benefit.
