The above project has an area of about 4 hectares, the adjusted scale is 1,500 apartments and is divided into 3 phases, in which phase 1 is block A with 275 apartments, the main block has been completed.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai, Director of An Hung Phat Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company, said that the project is 2 months ahead of schedule. After completing the main building, the project will enter the finishing stage to ensure that houses will be handed over to customers by December 2025.
According to Mr. Hai, implementing the policy of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, this social housing project is to arrange accommodation for households that are cleared to implement the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project but do not meet the resettlement conditions. In the past, the company has actively implemented the project as well as submitted petitions, but up to now, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and the Bien Hoa City People's Committee have not yet approved the list of households eligible to buy social housing so that the company can prepare documents to sell social housing.
The company recommends that the authorities promptly approve the list of households whose houses were cleared by the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project to buy social housing in order to establish buyer profiles and receive profiles of other subjects according to regulations.
