The Provincial People's Committee has just issued a plan to organize the 4th Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in 2025 in the province. Accordingly, the key activities will take place from April 15 to May 2, with the messages: "Reading culture - Connecting the community", "Entering the era of national growth with books", "Reading - enriching knowledge, nurturing aspirations, promoting innovation and creativity".

This year, Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day is implemented in conjunction with the implementation of political tasks and major holidays in 2025 of the country as well as of the province, aiming to promote the value of books and reading culture in the community. Activities will be organized in a combination of traditional methods and the development trend of digital transformation. The focus will be on contents such as information and propaganda about Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day; organizing reading culture festivals; donating bookcases and books to schools in disadvantaged communes; Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day in the system of schools, libraries, in agencies, units, localities...

The organization of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day aims to affirm the position, role and importance of books in improving knowledge, skills, developing thinking, educating and training human personality. At the same time, encourage and develop the reading movement, create a favorable reading environment, build reading habits in families, schools, agencies... Discover and honor organizations and individuals who have contributed to the development of books and reading culture in the community, contributing to building a system of cultural values ​​and standards for Vietnamese people.
