The Provincial Military Command has directed the Regional Defense Commands; the Provincial Border Guard Command and the Military Commands of communes and wards to maintain 100% of their personnel on duty, ready means and techniques; coordinate with local authorities to organize inspections and reviews of vulnerable areas, especially those at risk of landslides and flooding; develop specific plans, closely coordinate with local authorities to call on boats to enter safe shelters, and at the same time, propagate people to proactively reinforce their houses and protect their property; agencies and units proactively inspect and reinforce warehouse systems and barracks, ensure the safety of facilities and maintain smooth communication...

To be ready to respond to the developments of storms and heavy rains in the coming days, Colonel Hoang Dinh Luan - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command requested units to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the telegrams of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee, Military Region 4 Command, and Provincial Military Command in storm prevention work. Commanders of units regularly monitor and update the storm situation, strictly maintain duty regimes, and be ready to mobilize when ordered.


The Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command also requested units to conduct a review to ensure the safety of barracks, warehouses, stations and military activities. Check the technical coefficients and safety status of ships, boats, motorbikes, equipment and rescue vehicles.
Regularly coordinate with local authorities and units stationed in the area to grasp the situation, check dams, areas at risk of flash floods, landslides, call and notify people working and living on boats, rafts, fields and plantations to know the developments and find safe shelter./.
