The working delegation of the Provincial Military Command surveyed the model "Military - People with Cultural Life" in Dong Trach village, Thach Binh commune.
Dong Trach village, Thach Binh commune has 136 households with 560 people, a high rate of poor and near-poor households, and a lack of infrastructure for community activities. Based on the above reality, the Defense Command of Region 2 - Ha Trung has selected a pilot model called: "Military - People with cultural life" to deploy in the locality. The model focuses on implementing the goal of building and renovating a cultural activity area and a playground for the elderly and children with a total area of 1,500m2 , expected to be completed before August 19, 2025.
This is a model of "Smart Mass Mobilization" to promote the role of the armed forces in building new rural areas, contributing to strengthening military-civilian solidarity, improving the material and spiritual life of people in special areas, and building a solid people's hearts and minds right from the grassroots.

On the same day, the working delegation visited, presented gifts and encouraged officers and soldiers of Brigade 368, Corps 12 who were doing mass mobilization work in Tong Son commune.
Implementing the plan for the first field trip to do mass mobilization work in 2025 (from July 16 to July 26, 2025), 100 officers and soldiers of Brigade 368 coordinated with the Party Committee, the government, departments, organizations and local people to carry out mass mobilization tasks in Tong Son commune. The unit has developed a plan and coordinated with the locality to organize many meaningful and effective activities, contributing to spreading the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the hearts of the people.

On behalf of the working delegation, the Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command visited the health and living conditions of the officers and soldiers and encouraged them to make great efforts, to promote their spirit and responsibility, and to effectively carry out the contents that the unit had determined in this mass mobilization campaign. At the same time, he hoped that the leaders and commanders of Brigade 368 would continue to coordinate closely with the locality, overcome all difficulties, and carry out the work according to the determined plan with high efficiency; ensure absolute safety, and strictly maintain mass mobilization discipline during the implementation of the mission.
