Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command: Opening of the 2025 Dao Thanh Phan ethnic language training class

On the morning of August 4, at Regiment 244, the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command held the opening ceremony of the 2025 Dao Thanh Phan ethnic language training course for 50 officers and professional soldiers working at agencies and units under the Provincial Military Command.

Attending and giving a speech were Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Viet, Deputy Political Commissar of the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command; also attending were representatives of the Mass Mobilization Department, Political Department of Military Region 3; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; the Provincial Department of Education and Training; and the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Quang Ninh province.

The training course will take place over 2 months with many necessary contents and skills, equipping students with basic knowledge and skills in listening, reading, writing, understanding and speaking common words, daily communication and knowing about the customs and practices of the Dao Thanh Phan ethnic group. Thereby, it will be the basis for cadres and soldiers of the provincial armed forces to effectively apply them in their work, especially in propagating and disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies among ethnic minorities, contributing to preventing and fighting against wrong and hostile views that take advantage of ethnicity and religion to sabotage the Party, the State and the regime, and divide the great national unity bloc.

Speaking at the opening of the training course, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Viet, Deputy Political Commissar of the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command, requested the Organizing Committee of the course to strictly maintain the content and curriculum; coordinate with the Provincial Center for Vocational Guidance and Continuing Education to organize the course to ensure seriousness, rigor, and compliance with the approved plan and curriculum; trainees must uphold their spirit and responsibility, strictly comply with the rules and regulations of the course. After returning to their agencies and units, they must promote their responsibility, transform the knowledge they have been equipped with, apply it and carry out well the mass mobilization work in ethnic minority areas, close to the local situation, bringing about practical results.
