On September 23, Quang Son commune (Lam Dong) held the 4th Conference to commend advanced models for the period 2025 - 2030 and launched the Patriotic Emulation Movement for the period 2025 - 2030.

Quang Son rewarded 20 collectives and 43 individuals with outstanding achievements in the period 2020 - 2025

In recent years, the patriotic emulation movement in Quang Son has achieved many positive results. Notably, the high-tech agricultural sector has initially formed links between people and businesses and cooperatives in supplying materials and consuming products.

There are currently 9 cooperatives operating effectively in the fields of agriculture, forestry, medicinal materials and services.

Many creative emulation models from the grassroots have been replicated, such as people donating land to open roads and build community works. In the period of 2021 - 2025, people have donated more than 10,000 ^m2 of land to build roads, build community houses and schools. Or the Charity House model coordinated by the Fatherland Front of the commune has contributed to eliminating 125 temporary houses for the poor and people in difficult circumstances...

In 2024, the average income per capita of the commune will reach 52 million VND/person/year, an increase of 24 million VND compared to 2020. The annual state budget revenue will reach and exceed the plan.

As a result, infrastructure in the area has been invested synchronously. 100% of connecting roads are asphalted or concreted; 96.4% of agricultural land is actively irrigated; 100% of villages and hamlets have national networks; 88.33% of households use clean water.

Labor and employment work continues to receive attention. New jobs are created for 100-150 workers each year; of which, over 70 people receive vocational training. The multidimensional poverty rate decreases by an average of 5.9% per year, exceeding the plan...

Chairman of Quang Son Commune People's Committee Doan Van Phuong spoke at the Conference

Speaking at the Conference, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Son Commune Doan Van Phuong emphasized that the emulation movement in the period of 2025 - 2030 of the commune will closely follow the political tasks, promote the strength of the whole people, innovate the content and form of organization to create a vibrant emulation atmosphere from the grassroots. Thereby, contributing to building Quang Son to develop more comprehensively and sustainably.

Quang Son also aims to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees, authorities and all cadres, civil servants and people, so that the emulation movement truly becomes a voluntary, responsible and regular practice in all activities.

In particular, the locality will promote administrative reform, digital transformation, strengthen discipline, order and public ethics; rectify working style and manners, promote the role of leaders in performing political tasks. In the period of 2025 - 2030, Quang Son strives for an average growth rate of total state budget revenue of 10%/year or more. The average growth rate of total product value is from 5 - 10%/year.
