The car is being assembled at a factory in Malaysia, in the small SUV segment. The electric motor combines with a 78 kWh battery pack and a 4-wheel drive system - helping the car accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.7 seconds, reach a maximum speed of 180 km/h and run 450 km after a full charge according to the WLTP test cycle in Europe.

Users will need 7.5 hours with 11 kW AC slow charging to fully charge the battery, the time to increase battery capacity from 0-80% with 150 kW DC fast charging is 28 minutes.

Volvo EX30 (1.59 - 1.89 million Baht - about 1.097 - 1.304 billion VND)

This is an electric SUV model that is smaller than the C40 Recharge with a wheelbase of 2,650 mm. The car comes with some equipment such as LED headlights, 19-inch alloy wheels, panoramic sunroof, electric front seats, electric trunk door, 2-zone automatic air conditioning, interior lighting system, Harman Kardon sound system,...

The product has 6 airbags, rear camera, hill start assist system, downhill assist, adaptive automatic headlights, automatic variable speed control, front/rear/side collision prevention system, cross traffic warning when reversing, warning of approaching vehicles when opening the door and protecting the neck/back of passengers in case of collision.

Depending on the version, the Volvo EX30 in Thailand will use 1 or 2 electric motors. The version using 1 electric motor has a maximum capacity of 268 horsepower and a maximum torque of 343 Nm. The corresponding figures for the version with 2 electric motors are 422 horsepower and 543 Nm.

This model uses a nickel-manganese-cobalt (NMC) battery pack with an available capacity of 69 kWh. The vehicle's range after a full charge ranges from 460 - 480 km. The battery charging time is 7.5 hours with 11 kW AC slow charging and 26.5 minutes with 153 kW DC fast charging.
