Arrange civil servants to work at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan and the old Dak Nong provinces

Lam Dong province will arrange civil servants and public employees to work at the old headquarters of Binh Thuan and Dak Nong provinces to ensure their tasks.

On October 3, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi signed a document and sent it to the province's specialized agencies regarding the arrangement of civil servants and public employees to work at the headquarters of the People's Committees of Binh Thuan and Dak Nong provinces.

According to the plan, Lam Dong province will arrange civil servants and public employees to work in Area 2, the old Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee headquarters, and Area 3, the old Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee headquarters. For agencies and units with specific characteristics and professional activities related to the area that have their own headquarters, departments and branches will consider and arrange civil servants and public employees to work at the agency headquarters in accordance with regulations.

The subjects assigned to work in the above two areas include personnel performing the task of receiving and returning administrative procedure results; personnel processing and resolving work related to administrative procedures; a number of specialized management fields that generate a lot of work that needs to be handled right at the facility such as receiving citizens; specific areas including forestry, fire prevention and fighting, quarantine, market management, disaster prevention support, environmental treatment, etc.

According to the People's Committee of Lam Dong province, the arrangement of civil servants and public employees to work in the above two areas must be based on the principles of objectivity, the right subjects, and appropriate numbers. Ensure the maintenance of citizen reception work and convenience for citizens to exercise their right to complain and denounce. In particular, ensure the arrangement is based on tasks, not on personal wishes.

Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee assigned relevant units to review, make a specific list, and send it to the Department of Home Affairs before October 8 so that the department can synthesize and report to the Provincial People's Committee before October 15.
