Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requests heads of departments, branches and chairmen of commune and ward People's Committees to urgently deploy a number of key tasks: strictly implement the Law on Electronic Transactions 2023, not requesting authentication contrary to regulations; speed up the review and restructuring of internal processes and electronic processes on the province's administrative procedure settlement system, ensuring connection, sharing and reuse of data to replace paper records.
From October 1, people and businesses only need electronic data for 25 public services.
