DNVN - Recently, FPT Shop officially joined the Apple Partner Network as an Apple Business Partner, creating a foundation for the system to continue improving service standards for corporate customers.

Over the years,FPT Shop has developed a diverse service ecosystem, simultaneously meeting the needs of individual consumers and organizations. As a high-level authorized Apple partner in Vietnam, FPT Shop offers a wide range of genuine products from iPhones, iPads, MacBooks to Apple Watches, AirPods and accessories, creating a solid foundation for expanding into providing solutions for businesses and educational institutions.

In 2019, FPT Shop established the Enterprise Customer Center, a unit responsible for advising and providing solutions for businesses. The center has partnered with many businesses in the fields of finance, education , manufacturing, trade, and retail, supporting the construction and operation of Apple device infrastructure suitable for their actual operating models.

In addition to providing a full range of genuine Apple products, the center also offers many value-added services such as Mobile Device Management solutions for both single-platform and multi-platform models (typically Jamf, SOTI…), and support for businesses in registering and operating Apple Business Management.

Furthermore, the technical team and solution experts play a crucial role in the installation, handover, and ongoing support once the system is operational. With experience supporting over 2,000 businesses nationwide, the FPT Shop Enterprise Customer Center maintains consistent service quality, giving businesses peace of mind throughout the entire equipment usage process.

Recently, FPT Shop officially became an Apple Business Partner in Vietnam, recognizing its proactive efforts in building professional capabilities, perfecting processes, and maintaining service quality. This milestone not only demonstrates its fulfillment of the stringent criteria for business partners but also enables the system to proactively access in-depth resources, support tools, and training programs from Apple to further enhance its capacity to serve the business and education sectors.
