The plan aims to ensure timely, unified and effective implementation of the task of digitizing records and results of administrative procedure settlement (TTHC) (including valid results) under the jurisdiction of state agencies for effective exploitation and use, reducing the time for processing TTHC from the stage of submitting records to the stage of returning results. At the same time, it specifically defines the content of work, expected products to be completed and the responsibilities of relevant agencies and units in organizing the implementation of the task of digitizing records and results of administrative procedure settlement of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Accordingly, the tasks include: Reviewing and synthesizing the results of handling valid administrative procedures; Digitizing the results of handling valid administrative procedures; Training and improving the capacity of cadres, civil servants and public employees performing digitalization work; Receiving and processing feedback from people, organizations and businesses; Ensuring information security and data confidentiality during the process of digitizing administrative procedures.
Agencies and units under the Ministry shall develop plans and implement digitalization according to the roadmap for implementing tasks in the Plan; Review, classify, count the quantity and synthesize the volume of results of handling administrative procedures from valid paper documents under the authority of the agency or unit from December 31, 2024 onwards.
The Center for Digital Transformation of Culture, Sports and Tourism presides over and coordinates with relevant units to organize human resource training, raise awareness and train digital skills for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Ministry; Coordinate with relevant agencies and units to connect digitized data to the Database of the Ministry's Administrative Procedures Handling Information System.
The Ministry's Office coordinates with agencies and units to review, classify and determine the results of handling administrative procedures from valid paper documents under the authority of the agency or unit to determine the results of handling administrative procedures from valid paper documents under the authority of the agency or unit.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requires digitizing records and results of handling valid administrative procedures according to the provisions of Article 25 of Decree No. 45/2020/ND-CP dated April 8, 2020 of the Government and instructions of competent authorities, ensuring completion before December 31, 2025.
