Knowledge training for cultural officials in new rural communes

BTO-On the morning of November 15, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a training course to improve professional knowledge of cultural and sports officials and collaborators for new rural communes in 2023. Attending were 210 civil servants in charge of the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" and the national target program on new rural construction in districts, towns, cities and cultural and social civil servants and collaborators of 93 communes.

The training course took place from November 15-16, instructed by lecturers from Ho Chi Minh City University of Culture. Trainees will be taught about visual propaganda work to serve political , cultural and social tasks; establishing clubs and teams. In addition, grassroots cultural officers will also be instructed in persuasive propaganda skills for individuals and groups; oral propaganda skills; program hosting, script editing and writing, choosing costumes suitable for the program, etc.

Through the training, trainees will consolidate their professional knowledge and skills, improve their effectiveness and efficiency in advising and synthesizing the field of grassroots culture in conjunction with the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" and the national target program on new rural construction. At the same time, they will raise their awareness and responsibility for cultural management at the grassroots level; exchange experiences, strengthen coordination and close connection in management work, and innovate propaganda activities.
