Fostering knowledge, communication skills and civilized tourism behavior

On the morning of June 10, the Department of Tourism held the opening ceremony of a training course on knowledge, communication skills and civilized tourism behavior for more than 130 students who are officers and employees of Trang An Eco-tourism Area.

Trang An Eco- tourism Area is located in the core area of ​​Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex. In recent years, the number of visitors here has increased, especially foreign visitors. Training and supplementing skills and knowledge for staff and workers serving in tourism activities is very necessary.

By participating in the training course, students were provided with knowledge about the role of tourism workers and the requirements for serving customers in the current period by lecturers from Hanoi College of Tourism. At the same time, through analyzing and discussing real-life behavioral situations, students will gain more knowledge and skills to serve tourists better.

Through the training course, it contributes to raising awareness for staff, especially the boat drivers in implementing cultural lifestyle, civilized tourism. From there, it better serves the requirements of tourism development in the new situation, at the same time continuing to spread the image of the friendly, gentle, hospitable people of the ancient capital to many domestic and international friends.

The class will take place over 2 days, from June 10-11, 2025 at Trang An Eco-tourism Area.
