
After more than 10 years of being recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural and Natural Heritage, Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex has become a top destination, attracting a large number of domestic and foreign tourists. To continue to preserve and promote the heritage value in a sustainable manner, harmonizing between economy , culture and environment, improving the quality of human resources, especially the team directly providing tourism services, plays a very important role. Currently, Trang An Eco-tourism Area has over 1,400 workers participating in ferrying boats and hundreds of households providing tourism services. Therefore, training knowledge and skills for this force is always identified as a key task.
The training program aims to improve safety skills for workers and tourists, prevent and effectively handle possible accidents and incidents; at the same time, equip them with knowledge and skills in emergency response and first aid, contributing to building a safe and friendly tourism environment.

In the in-depth content on fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue (PCCC and CNCH), students are instructed by officers of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department on how to use common fire prevention and fighting equipment and means; practice handling hypothetical situations such as fires, explosions, incidents at the wharf - on boats, safe escape skills in environments with smoke, toxic gases or narrow spaces; rescue techniques and first aid for people drowning while serving tourists .

In addition, doctors from Ninh Binh General Hospital imparted basic and practical knowledge about first aid in the community. Students were instructed to practice cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), first aid for drowning victims, initial treatment of common injuries such as broken bones and falls; and also learned about the procedures for handling emergency situations in tourism activities and the communication system and emergency first aid at the heritage site.
Through the training course, the staff working at Trang An Eco-tourism Area not only improved their knowledge and skills in ensuring safety, but also became active propagandists, spreading the message of preserving and promoting the value of Trang An Heritage associated with sustainable tourism development.
