On the morning of August 22, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a conference to foster knowledge and communication skills on human rights in 2025.

The training content is related to the Party and State's policies and guidelines on human rights, as well as international conventions, basic rights and obligations of Vietnamese citizens. Communication skills, from building messages, exploiting the press, social networks, and television in promoting human rights, to how to handle and refute false and negative information. Through exchange activities and discussions on real-life situations, delegates have the opportunity to share experiences and apply communication skills to local practices.

This is an opportunity for staff, reporters, editors, and leaders of agencies, departments, and sectors in the province to improve their knowledge and communication skills on human rights. Contributing to spreading official information, creating social consensus, and protecting the country's reputation and image in the process of international integration.
