Bu Dop: Average annual economic growth rate reaches 8%

According to the report at the conference, in the past half term, Bu Dop implemented the Resolution of the 11th District Party Congress in the context of being affected by the Covid-19 pandemic and adverse impacts from the domestic and international situation. However, under the close and timely leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee; the efforts and determination of the Party Committee and the government; the solidarity and close coordination between the district's agencies, departments, branches, and unions; and the consensus of the people, Bu Dop has gradually overcome difficulties, most of the main targets have been achieved and exceeded the set plan. The economy has grown well, political security and social order and safety have been maintained, the political system has been focused on building and consolidating; foreign affairs have been strengthened, and the material and spiritual life of the people has gradually improved.

Many targets of the Resolution of the 11th Bu Dop District Party Congress have been completed 100% of the plan.

Up to now, the district has 10/19 targets completed 100%, 9/19 targets completed more than 50%. The average annual economic growth rate is 8%, reaching 92.77% of the resolution target; the average income per capita by 2022 is 65.05 million VND, reaching 95.66% of the resolution target . The economic structure has shifted in the right direction; the safe agricultural model has been deployed and implemented. Total local budget revenue reached 1,746,760 billion VND (of which the state budget revenue in the district is 870,185 billion VND, reaching 106.1% of the resolution target for the term). Total local budget expenditure reached 1,712,130 billion VND (of which development investment expenditure was 677,478 billion VND). Total social investment reached 1,306,478 billion VND. All cultural and social fields have developed. Up to now, the whole district has 12 schools that meet national standards.

Since the beginning of the term, the district has reduced the number of poor households by 1-1.3% each year. Party building and consolidation of the political system have received special attention. Inspection, supervision and disciplinary work within the Party have gradually become routine, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party committees and organizations. The implementation of the district's action programs and breakthrough programs has achieved encouraging results.

The mid-term review conference of Bu Dop is very important, an opportunity for the district Party Committee to look back and objectively and comprehensively evaluate the results and achievements since the beginning of the term, pointing out the remaining limitations and weaknesses, causes and lessons learned. At the same time, forecasting the new situation affecting the development of the district. From there, proposing feasible solutions, supplementing tasks that need to be focused on leading and directing implementation in the second half of the term and the second half of 2023.

Speaking at the conference, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command Nguyen Quoc Binh, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, praised the achievements of the Bu Dop District Party Committee in the past half term. At the same time, he said that this result demonstrated the solidarity, unity, and synchronous coordination of the entire political system, the efforts of the staff, Party members, and the high consensus of the people in the district.

Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Quoc Binh suggested that from now until the end of the term, besides opportunities and advantages, there will be many difficulties and great challenges. Bu Dop needs to continue to promote the tradition of solidarity and the achievements and lessons learned in the past half term to promptly overcome limitations and shortcomings, and successfully implement the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the District Party Congress.
