The Department of Health of Ca Mau has established a Steering Committee on medical service for the Congress and mobilized resources, focusing on key tasks such as: Arranging 02 ambulances, 02 doctors and 02 nurses on duty at the Convention Center and 02 doctors on duty at the hotels where delegates are staying. Fully prepare medicines, supplies, hospital beds, ready to receive and promptly handle all health situations. Provincial hospitals such as: Ca Mau Regional General Hospital, Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, Traditional Medicine and Rehabilitation Hospital, Tuberculosis and Lung Hospital and Eye and Dermatology Hospital are also mobilized to serve treatment and emergency after office hours. Direct the Food Safety and Hygiene Sub-Department to closely monitor food safety activities at service locations, especially at the Convention Center and hotels where delegates are staying.
The Ca Mau Provincial Center for Disease Control has developed a plan and carried out spraying of chemicals to kill mosquitoes to prevent dengue fever, seasonal flu and disinfect other infectious diseases at the Provincial Convention Center, Phan Ngoc Hien Square and hotels where delegates stay. With the goal of 100% of the venues serving the Congress being treated to ensure that no infectious diseases occur.
