Ca Mau is holding its first AI songwriting competition.

Within the framework of the Ca Mau Creative Arts and Technology Festival 2026 (CAT 2026), CiNEC Vietnam has officially launched an AI songwriting competition with the theme “Art × Tech × You”.

The competition aims to encourage individuals and creative groups to apply artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technology to the process of composing and producing music , creating works that reflect the spirit of the times and personal style.

The AI ​​songwriting competition is part of the Ca Mau Creative Arts and Technology Festival 2026 (CAT 2026).

Participants include individuals, groups of authors, students, artists, content creators, businesses, clubs, and organizations interested in art and technology.

A new feature of the competition is the encouragement of applying AI and digital technology in various stages such as songwriting, arrangement, visual design, lyric music video production, and stage performance. The content of the works focuses on themes about Ca Mau, youth, digital transformation , community, and the future in the technological age.

The entries should be songs that utilize AI or digital technology in their production. The organizers encourage compositions inspired by Ca Mau, youth, digital transformation, community, and the future in the technological age.

Participants ranging from high school students to artists and content creators can join the AI ​​songwriting contest.

The competition has no genre restrictions. Authors can participate with various styles such as Pop, Ballad, Rap, EDM, Acoustic, contemporary folk, AI Music, or Digital Art.

The Organizing Committee will award a first prize of 10 million VND, a second prize of 5 million VND, a third prize of 3 million VND, along with many other creative prizes.

Specifically, finalist performances will receive 5 million VND in support to invest in staging, choreography, and stage performance, helping to realize their artistic ideas in a professional manner.
