Accordingly, The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee regulates working hours in agencies, organizations and units under the government sector in Ca Mau province during the week from Monday to Friday, as follows:
- Morning: From 07:00 to 11:00 (04 hours).
- Afternoon: From 13:00 to 17:00 (04 hours).
The subjects of application of this Decision are:
- Specialized agencies, other administrative organizations, public service units under the Provincial People's Committee and affiliated agencies, organizations and units.
- Administrative agencies, organizations, public service units under the People's Council and People's Committee at the commune level.
- Officials, civil servants, public employees, workers.
- Relevant agencies, organizations and individuals.
For educational , vocational and medical units, the head of the unit shall, based on the actual operating situation of the unit, relevant regulations and this Decision, prescribe appropriate working hours, ensuring working hours in accordance with the provisions of the law on labor.
This Decision comes into force from the date of signing./.
