The activities aim to honor the value of rice, preserve agricultural culture, promote the application of science and technology, and safeguard folk beliefs in coastal areas.

Ho Trung Viet, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, inspected preparations for the Nghinh Ong Festival in Ganh Hao commune on the morning of April 24.

During on-site inspections on April 24th, Comrade Ho Trung Viet, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, acknowledged the proactive approach of the units and emphasized the need to organize activities systematically, ensuring safety and effectiveness, contributing to promoting the local image and fostering socio -economic development.

Mr. Ly Vy Trieu Duong, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said: “We have developed detailed plans for each event, focusing on ensuring safety, preserving traditional cultural values, and developing distinctive tourism products to serve locals and tourists.”

Ripe rice plants are incorporated into the museum's decorative display space, creating a vibrant highlight of rice-farming culture.

The exhibition space showcases characteristic products and OCOP products from Ca Mau province and other provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta region.
