Provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien-Hue will be mostly cloudy, with scattered showers and thunderstorms in the north (Thanh Hoa-northern Ha Tinh); the south will experience moderate to heavy rain, with very heavy rain in some areas. North to northwest winds at level 3-4. Cold in the early morning and at night. Lowest temperatures from 19-22 degrees Celsius. Highest temperatures from 22-25 degrees Celsius.

Provinces and cities from Da Nang to Binh Thuan will be cloudy, with scattered showers and thunderstorms in some areas in the morning; followed by scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places later. Southwesterly winds at level 3-4. Lowest temperatures from 22-25 degrees Celsius. Highest temperatures from 24-27 degrees Celsius, 28-31 degrees Celsius in the South.

The Central Highlands region will be cloudy, with scattered showers and thunderstorms during the day, and showers and thunderstorms in some areas at night. Southwesterly winds will be at level 3. The lowest temperature will be 17-20 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature will be 21-24 degrees Celsius, with some areas in the south exceeding 25 degrees Celsius.

Southern Vietnam will be cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some areas experiencing moderate to heavy rain; there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind during thunderstorms. The lowest temperature will be 23-26 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature will be 28-31 degrees Celsius, with some areas exceeding 31 degrees Celsius.
