According to Circular 08/2026/TT-BKHCN , mobile subscribers whose registration information is incomplete, inaccurate, or has not been verified and authenticated with the National Population Database must standardize their information. The verification of subscriber information for mobile numbers includes verifying four fields: personal identification number; surname, middle name, and given name; date of birth; and biometric facial image information .
To support customers in conveniently verifying their subscriber information, MobiFone has implemented a variety of verification channels, most notably the online solution through the My MobiFone application . To use this method, customers need to have the VNeID application installed on their smartphone.
