DTO - From 2020 to now, Party committees and organizations at all levels in the province have focused on innovating the research, study, dissemination and propaganda of resolutions, conclusions and directives of the Central and the province in an increasingly in-depth manner. In particular, applying information technology to organize direct and online conferences to district and commune levels to convey content quickly, promptly, saving costs and time. After the conference, cadres and party members directly discussed the contents deployed and disseminated at the Party cell and Party committee seriously, closely and closely following reality.

Party committees at all levels lead and direct the serious implementation of Conclusion No. 01 of the 13th Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05 of the 12th Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in the period of 2021 - 2025. Develop a special topic "Studying and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" from 2022 - 2025 and annually as well as build a self-cultivation, training and exemplary model for cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees to register for implementation, and periodically provide comments and assessments at the end of the year. The work of combating, preventing and repelling the degradation of political ideology, morality, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" has been given attention and seriously implemented.

The quality of Party committee, Party organization, and Party cell activities has many innovations in form and diverse in content, especially thematic activities. Many new models and good practices in Party cell activities and thematic activities have been implemented. Party committees and Party organizations have led and directed the successful organization of Party cell congresses under grassroots Party committees and Party units for the 2022-2025 term. Party member management has received attention from Party committees at all levels, many models of managing Party members working far from their place of residence have been implemented and initially brought certain results. Since the beginning of the 2020-2025 term, the whole province has admitted 4,715 Party members, bringing the total number of Party members of the Provincial Party Committee to 63,253 comrades (accounting for 3.95% of the population).

The quality, effectiveness and efficiency of inspection, supervision and party discipline work have been improved, with emphasis on regular supervision and inspection when there are signs of violations of subordinate party organizations and party members who are cadres under the direct management of the Party Committee. The content of inspection and supervision focuses on the key points, and the conclusion of inspection and supervision is announced specifically and clearly so that the unit can easily develop a plan to overcome the problem, while also making post-inspection easier.

Party committees, party organizations, localities, and provincial prosecution agencies have thoroughly grasped and implemented the contents of Directive No. 26 dated November 9, 2018 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership over law enforcement agencies in investigating and handling cases, especially outstanding and complicated issues related to national security, social order and safety, serious and complicated cases and incidents of public concern. Effective implementation of anti-corruption solutions has achieved some important results, especially since the establishment of the Provincial Steering Committee on Anti-Corruption and Negativity. The leadership and direction of anti-corruption and negativity have become increasingly focused and systematic (3 cases and 1 incident have been put under monitoring and directed for handling). At the same time, the leadership has effectively implemented the inspection, examination and supervision work on preventing and combating corruption and negativity, focusing on sensitive areas, specialized areas, and areas of public concern (planning, management, land use, finance, budget, basic construction, bidding, procurement). The whole province has conducted 157 administrative inspections, through the results of inspections and examinations, violations have been detected, recommendations have been made to recover and pay to the state budget more than 12 billion VND, recover nearly 5,600m2 of land; recommendations have been made to review 24 organizations and 47 individuals with violations.

The quality of investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments, especially corruption cases, has achieved many positive results, the quality of inspection activities and the practice of the right to prosecute has been improved. The Party Committees at all levels have paid attention to and effectively implemented the reception of citizens, dialogue, settlement of petitions and handling of people's reflections and recommendations. They have received and processed 1,559 petitions and letters from organizations and individuals, which have been resolved according to regulations, preventing "hot spots" that cause insecurity and disorder in the province.
