Coach Kiatisak shares his goals when leading Hanoi Police Club.
Coach Kiatisak moved to lead the Hanoi Police Club when V.League 2023/24 had been taking place for 8 rounds. This is a big challenge for the Thai coach. He wants to bring the team to glory, but for now, he only sets the goal of achieving a high position this season.
" I came here after having had success on the coaching bench. With quality players like Quang Hai, Van Thanh, Tan Tai, I aim for the Hanoi Police Club to achieve a high ranking this season. I want to bring glory to the team ," Coach Kiatisak shared.
Coach Kiatisak has favorable conditions to achieve his goal thanks to his quality players. He considers this an advantage but wants his players to make maximum efforts and surpass themselves.
" For me, players need to compete with themselves first. They don't need to care about other teams, they have to be determined and make an effort with themselves ," the coach affirmed.
Coach Kiatisak said he prioritizes building a solid playing style and quick counter-attacks for the Hanoi Police Club. At the same time, the team will play beautiful and civilized football.
