On January 24, Comrade Mai Van Tuat, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council visited and extended New Year greetings to the elderly, families of meritorious people, and poor households in Nho Quan district. Accompanying him were representatives of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; and leaders of Nho Quan district.
The delegation visited and wished a happy new year to: Mrs. Hoang Thi Xuan (100 years old) in Yen My village, Yen Quang commune; war invalid Nguyen Van Thu in Loc An village, Phu Loc commune; and the family of Mr. Quach Sy Ngoan, a poor household in Tan Nhat street, Nho Quan town.
At the places he visited, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee kindly asked about the health, life and preparations for the traditional New Year of the families.
He expressed his gratitude for the great contributions of the family of the meritorious person to the cause of national liberation and reunification and wished that the family would continue to build a new cultural life, contributing to building an increasingly prosperous homeland and country.
For the elderly, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee wished Mrs. Hoang Thi Xuan good health and longevity, to be a spiritual support, to encourage her children and grandchildren to implement the Party's policies, the State's policies and laws, and local movements. At the same time, he encouraged poor households to overcome difficulties, defeat illness, and stabilize their lives.
Presenting gifts from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee wished the families good health in the new year and a warm and joyful Lunar New Year. He also noted that the local government needs to continue to do a good job in showing gratitude to families of policy beneficiaries and people with revolutionary contributions in the area; pay attention to and create favorable conditions for jobs, capital, science and technology in production and animal husbandry to help poor families overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.

At the Provincial Mental Rehabilitation Center, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tong Quang Thin acknowledged and commended the Center's officers, civil servants and employees for their efforts in completing their assigned tasks.
The center is currently managing, nurturing, and providing rehabilitation treatment for 271 homeless disabled people, homeless mentally ill people, and mentally ill people undergoing voluntary treatment.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee congratulated and presented gifts to encourage the staff, employees and patients of the Center. At the same time, he requested the Center to continue to strive to fulfill its assigned tasks, ensure good implementation of policies and regulations, and organize Spring and Tet activities for the subjects.
Visiting and wishing a Happy New Year to Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hien (100 years old) in Thuong hamlet, Yen Tu commune, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented a longevity greeting card, a gift from the President and a gift from the province to Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hien. At the same time, he wished her a happy and healthy life with her children and grandchildren; hoping that her family would continue to support and take care of her wholeheartedly and thoughtfully.

The delegation also came to give Tet gifts to the family of Mrs. Mai Thi Oanh, a poor household in Trung Lien Phuong hamlet, Yen Nhan commune and Mr. Mai Van Dat, an 81% disabled veteran in Dong Binh Hai hamlet, Yen Nhan commune.
At the families, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee kindly asked about their health, expressed his feelings and deep gratitude to the wounded soldiers; encouraged poor households to overcome difficulties and improve their lives.
He also requested Yen Mo district to pay attention to and implement well the regime and policies, ensure social security, especially taking care of policy families and the poor in the area during the Lunar New Year 2024.
