To proactively respond to the storm, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development requested ministries, branches, and Chairmen of People's Committees of coastal provinces from Phu Yen to Ca Mau to closely monitor the storm's developments and strictly manage vessels going out to sea.

The key task in the coming hours is to organize a count and notify owners of vehicles and captains of ships and boats operating at sea of the location, direction of movement and developments of the storm so that they can proactively avoid, escape, not move into dangerous areas or return to safe shelters.

“Based on the specific situation, decide to ban fishing boats, transport boats, and tourist boats from going to sea” - The dispatch of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued late afternoon on December 23 stated.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development also requested ministries, branches and localities to prepare forces and means for rescue when requested. At the same time, coordinate closely to respond to the storm's developments, minimizing damage caused by storm No. 10.
