Previously, on September 1, Can Ty Commune Police coordinated with the Traffic Police Team of Quan Ba area; Market Management Team No. 10 of Quan Ba-Yen Minh area to inspect a truck.
The inspection discovered that the vehicle was carrying more than 10,000 chicken eggs. At the time of the inspection, Ms. Ha Thi Nga, residing in Binh Xa Commune, Tuyen Quang Province, was the owner of the goods and could not present invoices or documents proving the origin of the imported goods.
Through investigation, the owner declared that the above chicken eggs were purchased at the border crossing point 385, Bach Dich commune with the purpose of bringing them back to sell for profit.

The authorities have drawn up a record of the violation and issued a decision to administratively sanction Ms. Ha Thi Nga with a fine of VND 16 million for trading in smuggled goods; at the same time, they have organized the destruction of all of the above goods.
Tuyen Quang Provincial Police recommends that individuals, business households, and economic organizations strictly comply with the State's policies and laws on production and trading of goods; aiming to create a healthy and regulated business market, for the health and interests of consumers.
