Causes of breast cancer in women

Breast cancer is caused by genetic mutations that cause cells to reproduce uncontrollably. There are many reasons why the body has genetic mutations, of which about 5-7% of cases have genetic causes, while the remaining 90% of cases are affected by environmental factors and lifestyle.

Several risk factors exist that increase a woman's risk of breast cancer, including:

Massage

The biggest benefit of breast massage, besides relaxation, is that it encourages lymphatic circulation. The gentle, circular movements used when performing breast massage help the lymphatic fluid move without becoming blocked. This promotes blood circulation in the skin and tissues, thereby providing better nutrition to skin cells and helping to prevent breast cancer. Most green leafy vegetables do not contain phytoestrogens that help increase breast tissue but they do firm the breasts. Foods that help balance hormones in the female body.

Nuts are rich in monounsaturated fats, which are essential for building breast tissue and enhancing breast growth. Soybeans contain phytoestrogens, isoflavones that help fight free radicals and cancer cells that can develop in breast tissue.

Choose the right bra
