How to grill snails with an air fryer
Prepare snails

Salt and chili sauce: mix well 2 tablespoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning powder, a little ground chili or chili powder, finally add a little cooking oil.
After preparing the two marinades as above, use a specialized brush to spread them all over the snails and wait about 30 minutes for the snails to absorb evenly. To prevent the flavors of the two sauces from mixing together, you can divide the snails into two parts and spread each sauce separately.
Grill
Plug in the air fryer and set the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius, wait 10 minutes for the pot to heat up. Use aluminum foil to wrap the snails before putting them in the pot to avoid the sauce from leaking out during the cooking process.
Once the snails are cooked, turn off the air fryer, carefully remove the foil wrapper and open to enjoy.
Grill the snails in an air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, until the aroma spreads around, the snails are cooked.
