The International Culinary Culture Festival is one of the annual events to promote cultural and culinary exchanges between Vietnam and international friends, attracting an increasing number of participants from embassies, foreign cultural centers, foreign affairs departments representing provinces, cities, businesses and units under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs .

The event contributes to strengthening cooperation and mutual understanding, while promoting cultural diplomacy, connecting relationships between foreign diplomatic agencies and local foreign affairs departments through annual cultural and culinary exchange activities. The 2025 International Culinary Culture Festival takes place over two days from November 22-23, 2025, at the Diplomatic Corps Area - 298 Kim Ma, Ba Dinh Ward, Hanoi .
This year, the Festival, themed Trip of Flavors – A Taste Journey Across Five Continents, is not only an opportunity to honor and promote the unique values of Vietnamese and world culinary culture, but also an opportunity to promote cultural diplomacy, expand international cooperation and spread the image of a friendly, creative and integrated Vietnam.

This year’s event was elaborately prepared, with an expanded scale, with nearly 120 food stalls from embassies, consulates, foreign cultural centers, local foreign affairs departments and large enterprises. Last year, the festival had the participation of about 45 foreign representative agencies, international organizations, 18 localities, with more than 130 stalls.
Unlike previous editions, the 2025 International Food Culture Festival marks a strong shift in the way events are organized and experienced. This year, the Festival applies digital technology for the first time with a "Digital Interactive Corner" - where visitors can look up program information and learn about typical dishes of each country.
In addition, there are a series of new and creative activities such as "Borderless Cuisine Diary", "Fashion Food Show", "Global Beer Fest", "ASEAN Common Roof", "Global Cuisine Avenue" and "Three Regions of Vietnam" areas, bringing a colorful taste journey where cuisine, culture and people blend in the same open and vibrant space.

The program is a cultural and diplomatic bridge, connecting culinary cultures through each dish, from traditional flavors to modern creations, affirming the role of cuisine in connecting friendship and international cooperation.
The 2025 International Culinary Culture Festival – Trip of Flavors promises to be a unique cultural destination during the year-end festival season, where visitors and international friends can explore the world through each dish and feel the power of cuisine in connecting people and spreading global cultural values.
