How to choose fresh ingredients

How to make fried ham
Prepare ingredients for making fried ham
Clean the pig's ears and nose of hair, wash the pig's feet with water several times until clean, then drain. Also wash the pig's tongue, blanch it in boiling water mixed with a little white wine, then remove and wash again, drain.
Soak the wood ear mushrooms in warm water until they expand, drain, then cut into small pieces, marinate with minced onion and garlic, ½ teaspoon of seasoning powder and 1 teaspoon of pepper.
Boil meat
