Previously, on the afternoon of July 21, the Defense Command of Region 1 coordinated to evacuate 142 households with 375 people out of the danger zone. Currently, the unit is maintaining more than 500 officers, soldiers, and militiamen to help people overcome the consequences of the storm, and is ready to handle emergency situations. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Huu Tuyen, Commander of the Defense Command of Region 1, affirmed: The unit continues to closely monitor the storm's developments and proactively coordinate with local forces to protect people's lives and property.
