Reflecting to Nguoi Dua Tin, in the construction area, Co Linh road surface has many subsidence points, cracked road surface, long-term damage that has not been repaired.

Meanwhile, more than half of the sidewalk along the route is occupied by the project's fence, causing difficulties for pedestrians.

Regarding this issue, Delux Hanoi Construction and Trading Company Limited was fined 180 million VND by the authorities for organizing construction work in violation of regulations on construction quality management.

The project to build high-rise housing on the land plot marked CT2 (belonging to the project to build technical infrastructure of the land plot for auction of land use rights in Long Bien ward) is invested by Delux Hanoi Construction and Trading Company Limited.

This project has tower blocks Eco1, Eco2, Eco3, Eco4 (divided into 2 tower clusters Eco1, 2 and Eco3, 4) 16 floors high, 2 basements, 1 technical attic.

According to Nguoi Dua Tin, the project is currently constructing the basement.

Reflecting to Nguoi Dua Tin, during the construction of the basement of the project, it caused landslides and cracks in the sidewalk on Co Linh Street and the road from Co Linh Street to the residential area of ​​Group 5, 7 Tu Dinh.

In addition, it damaged the technical infrastructure of Tran Dang Khoa Street and caused cracks in the asphalt concrete surface of Co Linh Street.

According to local residents, the road surface and sidewalks have been damaged and cracked for a long time but have not been repaired.

In addition, the construction unit erected a corrugated iron fence encroaching on the sidewalk of Co Linh Street and the alley leading to Tu Dinh Market. The remaining sidewalk is 1 meter from the edge of the curb. Of which, the eroded Co Linh Street is 25 meters long, 3 meters wide, 0.5-1.2 meters deep and some other subsidence areas.

Regarding this issue, the leader of Long Bien Ward People's Committee said that the functional units of the ward have drawn up a record of administrative violations and sent a document to Long Bien District according to their authority. Thereby, Delux Hanoi Trading and Construction Company Limited was fined 180 million VND.

At the same time, the authorities requested the investor to take measures to repair and restore the original condition of the road surface before November 30, 2024.
