Regarding the above issue, Ms. Tran Thi Huong - Permanent Deputy General Director of FLC Group Corporation affirmed that "The Group has not conducted business or real estate distribution at the project".

The transfer of future real estate of the project can only be carried out after the project meets the conditions for sale according to the provisions of law.
