The Green Tower Dai Mo project is located in the DM1 Dai Mo urban functional area, Dai Mo ward, Hanoi city, and is invested by FLC Group Joint Stock Company.
The land is designated for the construction of social housing within the project.
Green Tower Dai Mo is located in a prime location in Nam Tu Liem district, connecting to many major arterial roads in the western area such as: Road 70, Le Quang Dao extended road, and Thang Long Boulevard.
In addition, this area is conveniently located next to amenities such as: Aeon Mall Ha Dong shopping center, Duong Noi regulating lake, Astronomical Park, and An Phu Shop Villa commercial center.
The project is located in a very prime location.
The project, spanning 3.3 hectares, includes a 12-story apartment building with 2 basement levels, comprising approximately 500 apartments ranging in size from 56 to 82 square meters.
According to observations by a reporter from Nguoi Dua Tin in late May 2023, Green Tower Dai Mo had not resumed construction and remained surrounded by corrugated iron fences, overgrown with weeds. A portion of the project area was being used as temporary housing for workers.
The CT1 and CT2 plots of land, intended for the construction of apartments at the FLC Premier Parc Dai Mo project, are currently abandoned, with rusting steel structures. The apartment buildings still lack basements.

The Green Tower Dai Mo project, located within the FLC Premier Parc Dai Mo urban area, remains surrounded by corrugated iron fencing, with weeds growing profusely inside.
Rusting steel and concrete blocks lie scattered outside the project site.
Regarding the project's history, according to the initial plan, the project developer was supposed to sign apartment purchase contracts with customers in the first phase in November 2021, and subsequent phases in June and September 2022. However, construction on the project has been halted since March 2022.
According to the latest information from FLC, the social housing project is expected to commence construction in the second quarter of 2023.
A representative of the Group stated that the Group is currently carrying out tasks related to investment procedures in particular and legal procedures in general in order to implement the project.
Although the project has not yet started construction, numerous advertisements and consultations regarding the purchase and sale of apartments have already appeared on social media and real estate websites.
Real estate agents advertise apartments in the project on real estate websites.
According to information on a real estate website, Nguoi Dua Tin contacted a broker named Hoang Toan. This person is selling a "prime" apartment in the project at buildings CT1 and CT3. The expected handover time is in Q3-Q4/2024, depending on the building.
According to real estate agent Toan, an apartment of approximately 68 m2 is priced at 19.1 million VND/m2. He also stated that, given the project's advantages, the price of 1.3 billion VND for a two-bedroom apartment is excellent.
Regarding the above issue, Ms. Tran Thi Huong - Permanent Deputy General Director of FLC Group JSC - affirmed that "The Group has not yet commenced business or distribution of real estate at the project."
The transfer of future real estate properties within a project can only be carried out after the project meets the legal requirements for sale.
"FLC Group confirms that it is not involved in and is not related to any transactions concerning the transfer, registration for purchase of apartments, receipt of deposits, or payment for apartments in the project," Ms. Huong stated clearly .
