FLC Faros has a 32-year-old female president

FLC Faros said Mr. Dao Danh Ngoc has resigned after less than three months in office as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

FLC Faros Construction Joint Stock Company (ROS) has issued a resolution regarding changes in senior personnel in the Board of Directors (BOD).

Accordingly, Mr. Dao Danh Ngoc was dismissed from the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors according to his personal wishes. At the same time, the Board of Directors decided to appoint Ms. Pham Tu Anh (born in 1993), currently a member of the Board of Directors, to take the position of Chairman from December 2.

Notably, Mr. Dao Danh Ngoc was only assigned the position of chairman on September 9, meaning he has only held the position for less than 3 months.

The personnel changes take place in the context of FLC Faros continuously adjusting its senior leadership apparatus.

Previously, on December 1, the Board of Directors announced the dismissal of Mr. Nguyen Duc Tho from the position of Deputy General Director, while he had just taken office at the end of September.

In early November, Mr. Do Ngoc An (born in 1973) was appointed as permanent deputy general director, replacing Mr. Trinh Van Nam.

In September, two other senior personnel, Mr. Do Manh Hung - Chairman of the Board of Directors - and Mr. Trinh Huy Linh - Member of the Board of Directors - also resigned for personal reasons. Both were elected at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on January 16, 2025.

Mr. Do Manh Hung was a member of the Board of Directors of FLC Group and Chairman of the Board of Directors of FLC Stone. After Mr. Hung left the chairmanship, this position was assigned to Mr. Dao Danh Ngoc before being transferred to Ms. Pham Tu Anh.

Ms. Tu Anh has held many management positions in the FLC ecosystem and is the wife of Mr. Trinh Van Nam.

FLC Faros's ROS stock was once included in the VN30 basket.

FLC Faros was established in 2011, formerly Vinh Ha Infrastructure Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, belonging to the FLC ecosystem of former chairman Trinh Van Quyet.

In September 2016, FLC Faros listed 430 million ROS shares on the stock exchange, with the closing price of the first trading session at VND 12,600/share.

ROS was once a member of the VN30 basket - a group of 30 most prestigious stocks on the market and reached a peak price of VND214,000/share in 2017.

However, on September 5, 2022, Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) decided to delist ROS shares due to serious violations of information disclosure obligations.
