After 8 years of construction, the Yen Xa Wastewater Treatment Plant project has been put into trial operation with a capacity of 100,000m3/day and night, increasing the capital's wastewater treatment rate to 40%.

"Previously, the water of the To Lich River in this section was also green, no longer had an unpleasant smell, creating a feeling of relaxation for the people. Therefore, in the afternoons, many people exercised on the surrounding roads. However, after a short time, the river water turned black again. Now, the people living here have learned that the To Lich River will be revived, making them very excited," said Ms. Nguyen Thu Quynh, a resident of Lang Street.
