People who need to use these toilets are free of charge.

Along Truong Phap street in Nhat Le beach, there are 2 modern toilets.

This toilet project is invested by the Dong Hoi City Environment and Climate Change Project Management Board, with a total investment of more than 15 billion VND (funded by the World Bank) and was put into operation after more than 1 year of construction.

Public toilets are designed to be sunk into the ground. Inside, many are automatically installed and equipped with many modern auxiliary items such as automatic hand washing faucets, ventilators, steam dryers, decorative LED lights, etc.

Of these, 2 are located in Bao Ninh sea square area, 2 are located along Nhat Le beach and 1 is located at the city night fair square (opposite Dong Hoi City People's Committee).

Previously, despite welcoming millions of tourists each year, the toilets at many tourist destinations such as Nhat Le beach, Bao Ninh beach, etc. were almost not of good quality, unsightly, and gradually became a "minus point" in the eyes of tourists. Therefore, this billion-dollar toilet system contributes to creating a "plus point" for Quang Binh tourism.
