Mr. Vuong Huu Tien, Deputy Director of the Department of Health , said that through the implementation process, the public service system has contributed to enhancing transparency and accountability in handling administrative procedures. Citizens can track the progress of their applications online, receive notifications of receipt and results immediately upon completion via SMS, as well as through the system, helping to increase trust in the public administration system in the sector.

Ms. Le Thi Kim Chung pointed out areas for improvement during an inspection of the Department of Health on October 15th.

Looking back at the achievements, the leaders of the Department of Health believe that promoting administrative reform has helped to gradually improve the work and training quality of civil servants and public employees; creating favorable conditions for organizations and individuals in resolving work-related issues... This has contributed to improving the Administrative Reform Index and the Competitiveness Index of the sector, as well as of the province. The institutional system has been reformed and perfected; administrative procedures in various fields have been reviewed and amended towards simplification and shortening time; the information technology system has been improved, ensuring smooth operation in the process of carrying out assigned tasks. The Department of Health has directed the review and inspection of documents; conducted investigations and surveys; checked the situation of law enforcement and administrative penalties in the field of medicine and pharmaceuticals...

“The implementation of inspection activities by state management agencies through the digital environment and the agency's information system has helped improve management efficiency and enhance transparency. The Department has deployed a remote inspection system, minimizing direct contact and thus limiting negative practices. Inspection results are updated and publicly available on the system, facilitating public monitoring and evaluation. To ensure effectiveness, the Department of Health will pay more attention to cybersecurity and personnel training,” Mr. Vuong Huu Tien informed the inspection team.
